It is extremely important to speak with a lender and pre-qualify for a mortgage loan before beginning to look for a home! Getting pre-qualified takes the guess work out of the process, lets you now exactly what you can afford and strengthens your bargaining position when you locate the home you wish to buy.
Purchasing a home without representation is a lot of
work and effort. Why go it
